Diane Bonneau MCC, PMC
Diane Bonneau is a highly skilled executive coach who challenges individuals, executives and teams to take risks, develop new skills, and become courageous leaders. She delivers her services in industries such as oil and gas, construction, building technology and finance.
In meeting the demands of her clients, Diane facilitates programs and offsite sessions focused on emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, performance excellence and leadership capacity. She offers executive coaching to develop effective leaders, to ensure transfer of learning from team sessions and create accountability.
Diane has a strong commitment to the coaching profession and is recognized as a highly respected leader in the growth and development of coaches, offering a comprehensive and well-received Mastery in Coaching program for coaches and for leaders who want to use coaching competencies in their organization. In 2015, the ICF Executive honored Diane by establishing the “Diane Bonneau Coach Development Scholarship” to acknowledge and recognize “Diane’s extraordinary contributions to the ICF Calgary Chapter and the coaching community.”
Diane demonstrates her commitment to authentic leadership and lifelong learning through her extensive involvement in the coaching community. Not only is she a CoachU Certified Graduate, an International Coach Federation Master Certified Coach, and a Professional Mentor Coach, she is also Past-President of the ICF Calgary Chapter and a member of faculty for CoachU.
She has advanced training in team coaching through the Centre for Right Relationship (ORSC). Diane is certified in DiSC Behavioral Assessment, EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence with MHS, the Leadership Circle 360 Degree Feedback and the Culture Survey.
