Melody Wisoley MA, CHRP
Melody has more than twenty years of experience in implementing organizational effectiveness programs. She specializes in the areas of performance and succession management as well as team effectiveness. Her career as a Human Resources professional has offered her the opportunity to work in a variety of industries including oil and gas, energy, utilities, manufacturing and banking.
Melody believes that in today’s competitive marketplace it is imperative that organizations develop and retain their current talent. She is passionate about helping organizations create workplaces where people are valued and given the opportunity to grow, learn and contribute to the organization’s success. As a LeaderSharp Group Associate and Management Consultant she takes a partnership approach with organizations to create a more productive and engaged workforce, where both employees and the business will flourish.
When working with clients she has been described as knowledgeable, enthusiastic, engaging, accommodating and a skilled facilitator. Her approach is simple. She will partner with clients prior to, during and following the work to provide strategic and practical HR and talent management solutions customized to meet the client’s specific needs.
Melody holds a Master of Arts in Leadership. She has served as a Board Member for Human Resources of Calgary (HRAC) and the Human Resources Institute of Alberta (HRIA). She currently sits on the Board of Advisors for AIESCE Calgary.
