Morag offers over 15 years of experience and a track record of success in leadership development and organizational effectiveness. Morag’s background includes 10 years of highly regarded work in leadership development and adult education in the post-secondary educational system. From there, she embarked on a path from HR management of corporate training strategy to entrepreneur and business owner. Since 2002, Morag has supported corporate Calgary and beyond in a variety of industries, ranging from the energy sector to construction, transportation, public relations, and health & fitness and beyond. Her clientele include emerging and front line leaders, project managers and E.I.T.s and other professionals, from high-potential candidates to C-Suite executives.
Morag is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) as accredited by the ICF (International Coach Federation) and is a graduate of the Executive Coaching management certificate program at Royal Roads University.
