Chris is a highly accomplished business leader with 35 years of experience leading and growing companies in Western Canada. Chris has led organizations of up to $70M in revenue in software/IT, Information and consulting services in the Canadian oil and gas industry. He is also an entrepreneur and has held several senior executive roles, including President and CEO and Global VP. Chris is the co-founder and CEO of LeaderSharp Group, and he has a passion for leadership development and organizational effectiveness.

Lisa has a track record of success throughout 27 years of organizational leadership, entrepreneurship, management consulting, and executive coaching with leaders and teams across a wide range of industries. Her business background is in change leadership, business growth, organizational effectiveness, strategy, advocacy and policy change, operational efficiency, and leadership team development. She has held senior leadership roles such as Director of Operations and Executive Director. Lisa was the President and COO of LeaderSharp Group from 2014 to 2022. She is a co-founder and is now the Board Chair.

Matthew is a practiced leader in CEO, COO and VP roles, with over 30 years’ experience leading businesses at the regional and national level. He has worked in organizations with revenues more than $300M containing multiple service lines and brands in fast-paced environments. With a focus on operational efficiency, sales performance and customer delivery Matthew has gained invaluable knowhow from operating on the front lines.

He was instrumental in helping to scale a regional staffing firm with strong roots in Alberta to a nationwide organization that achieved platinum membership status of Canada’s 50 Best Managed companies. During his career he has participated in major re-branding exercises as well as numerous enterprise system integrations and structural changes. In his executive roles Matthew has also participated in the due diligence, acquisition, and integration of several organizations.
Over the past eight years Kara has supported and contributed to the growth and success of LeaderSharp Group through a variety of roles. As Operations Manager, Kara’s role involves creating and maintaining client-centric processes with a focus on creating a culture of quality and customer satisfaction.

Ryan is passionate about building relationships and developing others. He carries certificates in leadership, entrepreneurship and is certified as an Everything DiSC facilitator. Ryan takes an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving, believing in opportunity instead of roadblocks. He has experience in a variety of industries, including hospitality & tourism, where he leveraged his culinary diploma to work as a banquet Chef.
